The Exterior Painting
Preparation work
- We prep substrate surfaces by peeling paint down to a sound surface
- We prime all bare substrates with sufficient primer
- Power wash is used to prepared some surfaces
- Caulking is used to protect some surfaces

Painting/value engineering
Our painters apply the necessary coating based on manufacturing specification.
We recommend the best products for all external application. But, the customer make
the final decisions. We look at the environment the paint will be applied
before working with our customers in selecting the best product for the job.
Cleaning
Our painters will clean the area in preparation for painting. Then, a
primer is applied in most cases before we paint.
Inspection/quality
A pre-walk through before the final walkthrough is performed as a quality step.
