We proactively advise owners in problems analysis/solutions that fall into our area of expertise. We provide consultation in the kinds of work related to their work surface prep, coatings, paint, and timeframe to completion for the job. We'll go over their specs tailoring it to the specified job. Then, we provide alternatives valued-services, putting the right processes and materials on the job It is important to use the best paint for that surface being painted, even if it means addition up-front cost. Top quality paint are designed to produce the best looking and longest lasting results. They provide smoother, more uniform appearance and can last more than twice as long as competitive cheaper paints. In the long run, they save more money and provide the protection. We only use thinner for spraying. For example, most water based exterior paints can be used on wood and hardwood siding, and trim, vinyl and aluminum siding, and most masonry. And, on stucco or concrete block prone to cracking, we prefer using an electrometric paint.
